�� East Texas ASSE����

The UT Tyler Student Section of the American Society of Safety Engineers
was formed and chartered in 1993 under the direction of Mr. Gene Rice and
Dr. James Harbaugh.� Since that time the student section has been very
active in campus organizations and various community affairs.
The section does conduct fund raising events to send ASSE student members
to conferences and to support various organizational scholarships.� Student
section officers are currently� Mr. Bobby Stark, President and Ms. Sharon
Clague, Vice President.
